Anthem Consulting is a growing law firm in the West End, with a successful disputes group that needs support in business development.
We are looking for a Strategic Business Development Lead to join our team, focusing on Corporate Commercial Disputes, Estates and Family. The role will be based in London, with a hybrid working arrangement that suits your lifestyle.
The successful candidate will work closely with our Senior BD Manager for Disputes, making this an ideal opportunity for a Senior BD Executive who is ready to take the next step up to a leadership position.

To be successful in this role, you will need law firm experience and a passion for disputes. While experience in disputes is not essential, we are looking for someone who is interested in the area and has the skills to make a positive impact.
You will be responsible for developing creative ideas to enhance our BD approach, persuading stakeholders to think differently, and communicating effectively with colleagues and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Senior BD Manager for Disputes in developing and implementing BD strategies
- Collaborate with the disputes group to identify new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners and clients
- Pursue new business leads and contribute to the growth of the disputes group
- Communicate effectively with the team, providing updates and progress reports
Requirements
- Law firm experience, preferably in disputes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop creative ideas and solutions
- Passion for disputes and business development
- Senior BD Executive or equivalent experience
