Job Overview

Anthem Consulting is a growing law firm in the West End, with a successful disputes group that needs support in business development.

We are looking for a Strategic Business Development Lead to join our team, focusing on Corporate Commercial Disputes, Estates and Family. The role will be based in London, with a hybrid working arrangement that suits your lifestyle.

The successful candidate will work closely with our Senior BD Manager for Disputes, making this an ideal opportunity for a Senior BD Executive who is ready to take the next step up to a leadership position.

The team at Anthem Consulting can offer guidance and support to help you succeed in this transition. We have a great history of identifying and nurturing talent within our organization.

To be successful in this role, you will need law firm experience and a passion for disputes. While experience in disputes is not essential, we are looking for someone who is interested in the area and has the skills to make a positive impact.

You will be responsible for developing creative ideas to enhance our BD approach, persuading stakeholders to think differently, and communicating effectively with colleagues and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Senior BD Manager for Disputes in developing and implementing BD strategies
  • Collaborate with the disputes group to identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners and clients
  • Pursue new business leads and contribute to the growth of the disputes group
  • Communicate effectively with the team, providing updates and progress reports

Requirements

  • Law firm experience, preferably in disputes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop creative ideas and solutions
  • Passion for disputes and business development
  • Senior BD Executive or equivalent experience
