Business Development Manager - Dispute Resolution

At Totum Partners, we are seeking a talented Business Development Manager to lead our Dispute Resolution practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a marketing and business development strategy that drives growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a marketing and business development strategy for the Dispute Resolution practice.
  • Collaborate with lawyers to create compelling proposals, pitches, and RFP responses.
  • Manage practice group content, campaigns, events, and directory submissions.

Requirements:

We are looking for a seasoned Business Development Manager who has experience working in a law firm, preferably in a similar practice area. You will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
