Pension Administration Specialist

At Office Angels, we are seeking an experienced Pension Administration Specialist to join our team on a temporary basis. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for processing a range of pension related administration tasks, such as calculating pension benefits and reconciling data.

  • Processing a variety of pension related administration tasks, including calculating pension benefits and reconciling data
  • Liaising with pension scheme members and providing professional support regarding pension queries
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and adhering to company procedures
  • Collaborating with colleagues across departments to provide a high-quality service to clients
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation for audits and reporting purposes

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience working as a Pension Administrator, ideally within a financial services environment
  • Strong knowledge of pension schemes and regulations
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and systems for pension administration
  • Excellent attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines
  • Professionalism, integrity, and a diligent work ethic

This temporary position offers competitive pay and the potential for extension based on performance and business needs. Based on your experience and qualifications, you can expect a salary of £16.00 per hour.
