Job Description

Crédit Agricole CIB is seeking a highly skilled Project Finance Infrastructure Transaction Assistant to join our team in London. As a key member of our Infrastructure team, you will assist in the execution of large and complex project finance transactions in the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist transaction team leaders in the execution of project finance infrastructure transactions, including financial modeling and documentation.
  • Support directors in their general sector-oriented business origination activities, including participation in marketing efforts and carrying out sector-specific research.
  • Ensure that Infrastructure client results are properly reported through internal systems.
  • Prepare marketing material for presentation to clients.
  • Assist in the preparation of credit applications.
  • Cooperate actively with other business teams as transactions may require cross-department activities.

Requirements

  • Understanding of financial engineering principles, including experience in spreadsheet-based financial analysis.
  • Knowledge of risk analysis methodology in the context of complex structured transactions.
  • Understanding of technical and commercial aspects of project finance.
  • Financial education background (MBA or equivalent).
