Job Description

As an Infrastructure Project Finance Intern at Crédit Agricole CIB, you will assist in the execution of large and complex project finance transactions in the Infrastructure sector within EMEA. You will work under the supervision of deal team leaders and other team members to arrange and advise on debt and asset & disposals advisory projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist transaction team leaders in the execution of project finance infrastructure transactions, including financial modelling and documentation processes.
  • Support directors in their general sector-oriented business origination activities, including marketing efforts and sector-specific research.
  • Ensure Infrastructure client results are properly reported through internal systems.
  • Prepare marketing material for presentation to clients.
  • Assist in the preparation of credit applications.
  • Cooperate with other business teams as transactions require cross-department activities.

Requirements

  • Understanding of financial engineering principles and experience in spreadsheet-based financial analysis.
  • Knowledge of risk analysis methodology in complex structured transactions.
  • Understanding of technical and commercial aspects of project finance.
  • Financial education background (MBA or equivalent).
