Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Infrastructure Project Finance Intern to join our team in London. As an intern, you will assist in the execution of large and complex project finance transactions in the Infrastructure sector within EMEA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist transaction team leaders in the execution of project finance infrastructure transactions, including financial modeling and due diligence processes.
  • Support directors in their general sector-oriented business origination activities, including participation in marketing efforts and carrying out sector-specific research.
  • Ensure that Infrastructure client results are properly reported through internal systems.
  • Prepare marketing material for presentation to clients.
  • Assist in the preparation of credit applications.
  • Cooperate actively with other business teams as transactions may require cross-department activities.

Requirements

  • Understanding of financial engineering principles, including experience in spreadsheet-based financial analysis.
  • Knowledge of risk analysis methodology in the context of complex structured transactions.
  • Understanding of technical and commercial aspects of project finance.
  • Financial education background (MBA or equivalent).
