Job Title: Clinical Education Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Clinical Education Manager to join our team at UK Phoenix Healthcare. The successful candidate will have a strong background in paediatrics, with a focus on clinical education and training.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement tailored educational programs to support staff development.
  • Deliver evidence-based education and training to clinical staff in various settings.
  • Collaborate with clinical managers to promote continuous professional development across paediatric services.

Requirements:

  • Valid NMC Registered Paediatric Nurse with significant experience in paediatrics in the community setting.
  • Previous experience in clinical education, training, or mentoring within a paediatric healthcare setting.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £43,500 per annum.
  • Paid mileage for travel between locations.
  • Flexible working hours, up to 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday).
  • A bonus structure to be discussed during the interview process.
