The successful candidates will be supporting children diagnosed with Special Educational Needs (SEND) and Social, Emotional Mental Health (SEMH).

About the Role:

This position involves working with students aged between 11-18 years, managing challenging behaviour, and having an interest in education. If you have experience as a Youth Worker, Support Worker, or Behaviour Mentor and are interested in education, this opportunity could be ideal for you.

Responsibilities:
  • Have experience working with children with SEND and SEMH needs.
  • Be confident at managing challenging behaviour.
  • Have an interest in education and a passion for supporting students.
