Job Title: Special Needs Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in an inclusive school environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized care to meet each student's unique needs, focusing on sensory, motor skills, communication, and overall development through engaging activities.
  • Collaborate closely with class teachers and other assistants to foster a cohesive educational experience.
  • Support students' social and cognitive growth through innovative teaching methods, engaging in focused interactions with groups of 6-8 students.

**Estimated Salary:** £18,000 - £20,000 per annum

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a stable and structured full-time role, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM.
