Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Education Support Specialist to join our team at Education World. As an Education Support Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEND) and Social, Emotional Mental Health (SEMH) in a Secondary school setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualised support to students aged 11-18 with challenging behaviour.
  • Develop and implement behaviour management strategies to ensure student safety and well-being.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year experience working with children aged 11-18.
  • Proven ability to manage challenging behaviour and develop effective behaviour management strategies.
  • Strong interest in education and a desire to make a positive impact on student outcomes.
