Child and Family Support Specialist

Job Summary:
">We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Social Work Assistant to join our dedicated Area Services team at Birmingham Children's Trust.
">As a key member of our team, you will work alongside social workers to deliver high-quality services to vulnerable children and young people.
">Your primary responsibilities will include:
">- Conducting thorough assessments to identify the needs of children and young people.
- Liaising with other professionals and agencies to ensure effective collaboration and coordination of care.
To excel in this role, you will need:
">- Significant experience working in care settings with children and/or families.
- A valid full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- In-depth knowledge of social work practices and relevant legislation.
- A strong commitment to valuing diversity and promoting equality.
We anticipate that the salary range for this position will be approximately £17.24-£20.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
