About the Role

Hatched Recruitment Group is seeking a highly skilled Family Support Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about providing early help and support to children, young people, and families.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated professional to work in partnership with other practitioners, children, young people, and their families to identify and coordinate the implementation of a multi-agency intervention plan. The ideal candidate will have experience of delivering evidence-based interventions and completing assessments of a child's needs.

About the Team

Our Early Help Locality teams prioritize the safety and well-being of children, young people, and families. We foster a culture where children, families, and communities are engaged respectfully, recognizing their diverse experiences and backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and work within the early help locality multi-disciplinary team to provide a timely response to the needs of children, young people, and their families.
  • Establish a high standard of practice in delivering early help that provides timely responses to children, young people, and their families.
  • Achieve good outcomes for children and families through coordination and delivery of early help work.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience of delivering evidence-based interventions with children, young people, and their families.
  • Experience in completing assessments of a child's needs that identify needs and inform interventions.
