Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Administrative Assistant to provide prompt and courteous service to the FISS Leadership Team. In this role, you will support the Compliance Officer and Personal Assistant with diary management, minute-taking, and general administrative tasks, helping to maintain effective office systems and ensuring the smooth delivery of administrative responsibilities.
Main Duties of the Job
You will assist with meeting planning, prepare agendas, and ensure that all necessary papers are distributed appropriately. Additionally, you will take minutes at Divisional meetings, ensuring they meet the required standard.
You will be responsible for ordering stationery for the team and managing your workload effectively to provide flexible support to others in the department. This role also involves processing HR forms, travel and expense claims, and maintaining accurate records. You will assist with the complaints process for the Division and ensure that personnel files are maintained in accordance with Trust Policy.

- GCSEs or equivalent - One in English Language;
- NVQ Level 3 in Administration (or equivalent).

- Computer qualifications ECDL;
- Audio Typing.
