Senior Contracts Administrator

A leading regional main contractor seeks an experienced Assistant Contracts Manager to complement their operations team working across both pre-construction and on-site delivery. The role involves assisting with contract administration, programming, supervising subcontractors and suppliers, and supporting on-site teams.

About the RoleThis exciting opportunity involves working closely with experienced senior project managers, shadowing them initially, and then taking responsibility for assisting with contract administration, programming, and supervising subcontractors and suppliers. The successful candidate will also be responsible for supporting and leading on-site teams.
Requirements and Qualifications- Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
This role offers a competitive salary of £30-35,000 per annum, plus benefits including car allowance, health insurance, pension, and more. Located in North Cambridgeshire, the position requires individuals who can commute to the area.
