Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our payroll managed services, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional payroll services to our customers.

Your main responsibilities will include handling complex payroll queries escalated from clients, oversight of the Payroll cycle, and ensuring all payroll processes and procedures are accurately documented and updated regularly.

With at least 3 years' experience in a dedicated Payroll position, you will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. A strong focus on customer service is essential, as is maintaining up-to-date knowledge of current statutory and legislative compliance.
