**Job Description:**

As a Payroll Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in preparing the weekly payroll for our frontline hourly team. You will also support business partners and the HR team by developing efficient processes and tools. This position requires a strong background in data analytics and systems.

You will be responsible for administering weekly hourly payroll for approximately 450 supply chain employees across the Peterborough and Trenton plant locations. You will process special payrolls, including year-end adjustments and ad hoc requests. Additionally, you will research, analyze, and resolve payroll-related issues or questions.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer weekly hourly payroll for approximately 450 supply chain employees.

  • Research, analyze, and resolve payroll-related issues or questions.
  • Maintain accurate payroll document retention and filing.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Minimum 3 years of payroll experience.
  • Knowledge of applicable provincial/federal legislation, Employment Standards Act.
  • Previous experience with Kronos and SAP.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office – Excel.
