At Tata Consultancy Services, we're seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team. This is a permanent role based in Peterborough, United Kingdom.

The estimated salary for this position is £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.

As a Payroll Administrator, you'll work closely with our payroll team to complete payroll inputs and checks. You'll also be responsible for coordinating regular payroll feeds to our systems.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-quality payroll output within agreed SLA's & KPI's
  • Supporting internal and strategic projects and ad-hoc tasks
  • Keeping abreast of payroll legislative requirements and best practices
  • Providing support for employee payroll query resolution

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong skills in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Extensive experience with Payroll and HR systems
  • In-depth knowledge of UK payroll legislation, including PAYE, National Insurance, Statutory payments, Student Loans, and AEO's
