About the Job
Arcare Aged Care is hiring a Procurement Administrator to work closely with the Procurement Manager to identify and coordinate preferred suppliers. The ideal candidate will have advanced skills in Microsoft programs, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop positive relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers.Main Tasks:
- Support the Procurement Manager in sourcing and selecting suppliers
- Administer contracts and vendor performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver optimally priced products
- Conduct market research to inform procurement decisions
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need previous experience in a similar position, preferably within the aged care industry. A reliable car and current driver's license are also required due to travel needs. In addition, you should have advanced skills in all Microsoft programs, especially Excel.
