Dedicated Health and Wellbeing Service Provider

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated health and wellbeing service provider to join our team at HMP Berwyn. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to individuals with complex needs.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in primary care and/or acute nursing, with significant experience at Band 5 in a related clinical environment. You will be able to work independently, think critically, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing medication administration, triage, and vaccination clinics
- Long-term condition clinics, assessing and treating patients
- First and second reception screening for new arrivals
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse qualification
- Evidence of post-registration qualification
- Significant experience at Band 5 in a related clinical environment
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience
