Job Description:
Welcome to this exciting opportunity to join our team at The Children's Society as an Emotional Health and Wellbeing Service Manager. We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead our new service in Wrexham, supporting children aged 8-13 years old.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing service leadership and local management for the BBC Children in Need 'A Million and Me' Space to Grow programme in Wrexham. You will work closely with external stakeholders to deliver better outcomes for children and their families. Your strong knowledge of local services and organisations in Wrexham, experience working in collaboration with others in the sector, and ability to think creatively and respond to new challenges will be invaluable assets in this position.

You will also supervise, empower, and manage the performance of staff to deliver high-quality support to children who are struggling with their emotional wellbeing. As part of our team, you will contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to promote early help, emotional health, and wellbeing support for children.

We offer a competitive salary of £20,902.25 (3 days) / £27,869.66 (4 days), 28 days holiday per year pro-rata, family-friendly policies, cycle to work scheme, pension employee contributions of up to 8%, death in service benefit, discounted health scheme, and free confidential counselling service.
