About the Role
Poltrona Frau is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator and Account Receivables Specialist to join our team in the UK. This key role will be responsible for overseeing logistics operations, managing warehousing, inventory, and supply chain from Italy to the U.K.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Monitor shipments of goods from Italy to the UK and ensure timely delivery.
  • Process goods receipts into the system and post intercompany invoices, ensuring accuracy and matching with purchase orders.
  • Liaise with external logistics partners to provide necessary information for goods coming into the UK.
  • Monitor direct shipments from Italy to customer warehouses and collect proof of delivery.
  • Manage customs documents for export and/or returns to Italy, working closely with external partners.
  • Enter purchase orders into the system and provide support to the sales team as needed.
  • Monitor inventories in warehouse and showrooms, and assist the sales team with entering goods transfer orders.
  • Organize and manage periodic stock takes in all locations, ensuring physical counts match virtual locations.
  • Monitor and evaluate local UK logistics suppliers, managing operations directly.
  • Plan, organize, and execute logistic and supply chain processes for showrooms.
  • Provide cost and logistic/storage analysis, and review weekly and monthly invoices from suppliers.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics or equivalent field.
  • At least 3-4 years of operations and accounting experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with strong Excel skills.

Technical and Soft Skills:
  • Excellent English knowledge is mandatory, with knowledge of Italian an advantage.
  • Able to work independently with high accuracy and adapt to evolving duties.
  • Self-starter with problem-solving mentality, confident in seeking solutions.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
