Logistics Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Logistics Administrator to join our team at Red Recruit. As a Logistics Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Logistics Coordination: Assist with the coordination of logistics activities, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
  • Supply Chain Management: Monitor and manage supply chain activities, including procurement, inventory control, and shipping documentation.
  • Warehouse Operations: Assist with the management of warehouse operations, including stock control, storage, and retrieval.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with the management of inventory, including stock levels, ordering, and stockroom organization.
  • Shipping and Receiving: Assist with the coordination of shipping and receiving activities, including packing, labeling, and delivery.
  • Procurement and Logistics: Assist with the procurement of goods and services, including ordering, receiving, and inventory management.
  • Operations Support: Provide administrative support to the logistics and supply chain team, including data entry, reporting, and communication.

Requirements:

  • Self-Driven: Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Detail-Focused: Highly organized and detail-focused with excellent attention to detail.
  • Mac Proficient: Proficient in using Mac computers and software applications.
  • Working Knowledge of MS Office: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications.
