Job Purpose

The Talent Administrator will provide essential administrative support to the Talent Team, ensuring seamless coordination of recruitment, talent attraction initiatives, talent development, and HR operations. Reporting to the Talent Manager, this role is crucial to maintaining efficient processes throughout the talent lifecycle, contributing to the company's ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare job postings on various job boards and careers websites.
  • Conduct telephone interviews and first-stage interviews to identify promising talent.
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies during the recruitment and onboarding processes.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within HR or Talent.
  • Fluency in verbal and written German is desirable.
  • A creative thinker with innovative ideas to enhance talent attraction and recruitment processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office packages to an advanced level in Excel.

Working Arrangements

  • Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:15.
