Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Administrator to join our Talent Team at Lifeplus. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment, talent attraction, and development processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Support
    • Prepare job postings and advertisements for various job boards and internal channels.
    • Screen and shortlist candidates based on their qualifications and experience.
    • Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
  • Talent Management
    • Manage candidate records and track their progress throughout the recruitment process.
    • Provide administrative support for employee engagement initiatives and events.
  • Communication and Coordination
    • Communicate with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a seamless interview experience.
    • Prepare offer letters and welcome packs for new hires.
  • Compliance and Confidentiality
    • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies during the recruitment and onboarding processes.
    • Handle sensitive employee information with the utmost confidentiality.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in HR or Talent.
  • Fluency in verbal and written German is desirable.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office packages, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.

Working Arrangements
  • Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:15.
