As part of their growth plans, we are working in partnership with the firm to recruit a Corporate Tax Manager to manage a portfolio of corporate tax cases with a primary focus on advisory work.

You will draw on your expertise to work on Mergers and Acquisitions transactions, tax due diligence, share option schemes, restructures and reorganisations, succession and exit planning including but not limited to company buybacks, capital reductions & Management Buyouts for primarily Owner-Managed Businesses, with some international groups.

For an ambitious Corporate Tax Manager – or skilled Assistant Manager seeking to step up – this is a fantastic career move to develop your skills further.

In this autonomous role, you will have the responsibility to:

  1. Manage projects undertaken,
  2. Maximise fee income and identify business opportunities,
  3. Control work in progress,
  4. Bill for services provided.

To provide certain clients with a holistic service, it will be beneficial to have some experience in personal tax, Value Added Tax, and Stamp Duty/Land and Buildings Transaction Tax.
