Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to join our team at Apex Group. As a key member of our Private Equity Operations Team, you will be responsible for providing administrative and project support to our Jersey Private Equity Division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the teams within the division and Risk, Compliance, Tax, and CoSec functions to ensure the planning, coordination, and completion of all annual regulatory filings and statutory obligations.
  • Coordinate and complete ad hoc deliverables within deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of Jersey statutory laws and other related legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Jersey tax compliance and/or FATCA/CRS experience.

Core Skills:

  • Ability to speak and understand English.
  • Excellent keyboard skills.
  • Strong references.
