Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Administrator to join our Talent Team at Lifeplus. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process, ensuring the smooth coordination of talent attraction initiatives, talent development, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities- Recruitment Support: Prepare job postings, manage interview schedules, and coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a seamless interview experience.
- Candidate Management: Review CVs and cover letters, conduct telephone interviews, and maintain accurate records of candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support for employee engagement initiatives, events, and other HR-related tasks.
- Communication: Ensure clear communication with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies during the recruitment and onboarding processes.
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in HR or Talent.
- Fluency in verbal and written German is desirable.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A creative thinker with innovative ideas to enhance talent attraction and recruitment processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office packages to advanced level in Excel.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Capable of handling sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
