About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Administrator to join our Talent Team at Lifeplus. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment, talent attraction, and development processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Support: Assist in the preparation of job postings, CV screening, and initial interviews to identify top talent.
  • Candidate Management: Coordinate interview schedules, communicate with candidates, and maintain accurate records throughout the recruitment process.
  • Administrative Tasks: Provide administrative support for employee engagement initiatives, events, and other HR-related activities.
  • Compliance and Confidentiality: Ensure adherence to employment laws and company policies, handling sensitive employee information with discretion.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in HR or Talent.
  • Fluency in verbal and written German is desirable.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office packages, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
