Our client is an iconic company located across the UK, with over 5000 amazing employees across all locations.
The role of Talent Advisor is based in their offices in St Albans based on a 12 month FTC, offering Hybrid working, and paying between £38k - £42k.
This role is a great opportunity to be a part of the Talent Acquisition team. The Talent Acquisition function also incorporates employer branding, on boarding and relationship management. Travel to their 8 sites, as well as University partner sites throughout the UK is required.
**Key skills required**:
- Experience of talent attraction and recruitment methodologies and sound understanding of the recruitment life cycle
- Comfortable with stakeholder management at all levels, being able to educate and influence
- High appreciation of dealing with sensitive/confidential information and GDPR legislation
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use research and data to measure and improve efficiencies and provide regular updates to the team
- A DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) ambassador at heart and a strong work ethic
