Job DescriptionAs a Patient Advisor at Optical Express, you will play a vital role in making our patients feel comfortable and relaxed while providing a 5-star service. Your responsibilities will include building strong relationships with patients, performing diagnostic eye scans, and relaying patient information to optometrists.
You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate patient records, arranging affordable finance options, and scheduling consultations and surgeries with our optometrists and surgeons.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need to be driven and passionate with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You should be able to demonstrate strong negotiation skills, be self-motivated, and possess strong organisational skills.
