Customer Care Administrator Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and fluent German speaking Customer Care Administrator to join our team at Resourcing Group. As a Customer Care Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our German-speaking customers, resolving their queries and ensuring a satisfactory conclusion is reached.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to German-speaking customers via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Resolve customer queries from enquiry to order, delivery, and payment
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external customers
  • Solve problems, have initiative, and be open to continuous improvement and learning
  • Work in a busy environment with a team of German-speaking Customer Care Administrators

Requirements

  • Fluent in both oral and written German (or Swiss German) and English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Passionate about delivering excellent customer service

Working Arrangements

This is a home-based role, with occasional travel to our office in Cambridgeshire required. We offer a flexible and hybrid working arrangement, with a rotational shift pattern.
