**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Property Analyst Manager to join our Land and Planning team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a data-driven environment that supports our property strategy and informs decision-making.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead a small team of specialist analysts, providing coaching and guidance to ensure high performance and professional growth.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Analyze data and present insights to inform decision-making and strategy development.
  • Manage budgets and forecasts to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and operational needs.
  • Develop and maintain a robust property accommodation strategy that aligns with business goals and maximizes the value of our asset portfolio.

Requirements:

A degree in a relevant field (such as economics or engineering) is desirable but not essential. You will need significant experience in managing teams and driving performance, with a track record of delivering successful outcomes even in uncertain environments.

You should have expertise in data analysis and presentation, as well as experience in creating new processes to meet changing needs. Familiarity with operational risk management principles and processes is also required.

**Benefits Package:**

* Salary range: $90,000 - $115,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
