About this Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Property Assets Specialist to join our team at the University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the trust's property portfolio, including leasing, maintenance, and renovations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the trust's property portfolio, including leasing, maintenance, and renovations.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive property strategy to optimize asset utilization and value.
  • Collaborate with landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless property operations.
  • Monitor and report on property performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in property management, preferably in the healthcare sector.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of property management software and systems, including lease administration and maintenance tracking.
