About the Role

The School Property Asset Management Officer will be a key member of the Corporate Property Information Team, responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining accurate property information for schools in Coventry. This role requires strong organizational skills and analytical abilities to manage property and financial data.

This fixed-term position involves working closely with colleagues from various teams, including Education Service and Finance. The successful candidate will lead on the management of devolved formula capital process and schools capacity assessments.
