Job Overview

We are seeking a Property Management Specialist to manage our Coventry site. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing housing services, tenant relationships, and refurbishment projects. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage property maintenance to ensure legal and regulatory standards are met.
  • Maximise occupancy and manage rent collections, addressing arrears promptly.

Requirements:

  • CSCS certification
  • SMSTS certification
  • First Aid training
  • Refurbishment experience

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum
