**Role Overview:**

We are looking for a Property Financial Analyst to join our team at Coventry Building Society. As a key member of the Property team, you will play a vital role in supporting the department's financial processes and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical skills, with the ability to review data and identify issues that require follow-up, escalation, and root cause analysis. You will also possess a good understanding of financial services and be able to apply broad, practical thinking across a diverse function.

In this role, you will work closely with the Manager – Property Support to ensure accurate and timely financial processes, including invoicing, purchase orders, payments, accruals, and financial receipting/balancing. You will also be responsible for identifying risks and proposing control measures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

A key requirement of this role is the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing financial data and processes, ideally with a background in financial services or property/premises.

You will be a strong communicator, with the ability to present conclusions both verbally and in writing to a high standard. A salary of **£38,000 - £42,000** per annum, depending on experience, is offered for this full-time position. The role is based in Binley, Coventry, and hybrid working applies.
