The Facilities Management Service of Coventry City Council comprises six diverse and multi-disciplined teams responsible for the safe operation, management, maintenance, and efficiency of the Council's property assets.

The teams provide a range of services and support to the Council's operational, commercial, and schools portfolios ensuring the Council's legislative obligations are fulfilled.

The Property Information Team is responsible for ensuring all property plans and data are accurate and up-to-date, fulfilling the Council's obligations for reporting, ensuring Council assets are appropriately insured, including monitoring Business Rates information.

This role will work closely with colleagues within the Facilities Management Team, Education Service, and Finance. The role leads on the management of the schools devolved formula capital process and schools capacity assessments.

We are seeking a highly organized individual with strong analytical skills to manage property and financial information. The successful candidate must have a flexible approach and be able to take on new tasks or projects, developing and implementing new ways of working.

The estimated annual salary for this position is £25,500 - £32,360 depending on experience, plus a fantastic rewards and benefits package.
