The Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Education Support Officer to join our team in the sixth form. As a key member of the team led by the Assistant Headteacher in charge of the Sixth Form, you will provide high-quality support to students, helping them develop their independent study skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • To work closely with students to enhance their learning experience and promote academic achievement.
  • To assist with the organization and delivery of teaching and learning activities.
  • To maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues and parents.
Requirements

We are looking for an individual who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents. You should have a keen eye for detail and be able to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is £26,421 to £32,076 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including:
