Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide high-quality customer service to pupils, staff, and visitors
  • To manage the front desk, including responding to phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries
  • To maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data is up-to-date and secure
  • To perform administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience using databases and record-keeping systems
