About the Role

Lyng Hall School - TES is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Child Protection Administrator to join their team. As a key member of the school staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safeguarding and well-being of students.

Key Responsibilities

  • To provide effective administrative support in relation to child protection policies and procedures.
  • To maintain accurate records and databases related to child protection.
  • To collaborate with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure a safe and supportive learning environment.
  • To conduct online searches on shortlisted candidates as part of the recruitment process.

Requirements

We are looking for an individual who possesses excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should have a good understanding of child protection policies and procedures, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.

Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be based at Lyng Hall School, working 37 hours per week, term time only, plus three weeks. You will be required to maintain a secure and supportive environment for all students, addressing safeguarding concerns effectively and proactively.

Compensation Package

The salary for this position is approximately £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional development and a supportive working environment.
