About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Dental Receptionist to join our team at Victoria Park Dental Practice in Glasgow. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our clinical team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage patient appointments, schedules, and records with accuracy and efficiency
  • Provide a warm and welcoming environment for patients, responding to their needs and concerns
  • Process patient payments, handle insurance claims, and maintain accurate financial records
  • Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and external partners to ensure seamless operations
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture, supporting the growth and development of colleagues
