Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at Blue Arrow. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Meeting Room Bookings: Coordinate and manage meeting room bookings, ensuring that all necessary arrangements are made for corporate clients and other meetings.
- Facilities Coordination: Oversee the preparation and presentation of facilities, including setting up Zoom and Webex meetings.
- Customer Service: Provide a high level of customer service when greeting clients, ensuring a secure sign-in procedure, and informing departments/staff of client arrivals.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the office, including ordering stationery, dealing with office invoices, and coordinating contractor visits.
- General Admin Support: Assist with general administrative tasks, such as opening and closing files on VisualFiles, and supporting employee new starts and transfers.
Requirements:
- Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in a customer service-based role, including diary management and call handling.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and desirable skills in Microsoft Forms and VisualFiles.
