Front Desk Associate

The Front Desk Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay at YOTEL Glasgow is seamless and enjoyable. This role involves interacting with guests, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide information and recommendations on hotel services and local attractions
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless guest experience
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of hotel operations and services
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent required
