Your Role at Dollar Dental Care & Implant Centre
As a Dental Nurse, you'll provide essential chairside support for our clinicians, ensuring smooth and efficient patient care throughout the day. You'll also contribute to the front desk operations when needed, welcoming patients and managing administrative tasks.
Your Responsibilities:
- Create a warm and inviting atmosphere for patients, putting them at ease from the moment they arrive.
- Maintain accurate patient records using our internal software system (Software of Excellence) to ensure seamless information flow.
- Prepare the surgery space meticulously for each session, optimizing efficiency and resource utilization.
- Anticipate the needs of both clinicians and patients, ensuring all necessary lab work and equipment are readily available.
- Monitor surgical supplies and maintain appropriate stock levels to ensure uninterrupted workflow.
- Assist with reception duties as required, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and processing patient payments.
About You:
- You must be a registered dental nurse with the General Dental Council (GDC).
- Previous experience working in both private and NHS dental practices is essential.
- A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional patient care is paramount.
- You thrive in collaborative environments while also demonstrating initiative and self-sufficiency.
- An enthusiastic learner with a passion for expanding your skills and knowledge within the field of dentistry.
