Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Hospitality Agent to join our team. As the face of Sonder, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences, ensuring seamless check-ins and check-outs, and resolving any issues that may arise during a guest's stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly and professional service to all guests, both in person and via phone, email, and chat.
  • Guide guests through the Sonder experience, ensuring they are able to make the most out of their stay and use our technology features.
  • Manage complex guest interactions, including resolving customer complaints and assisting with special requests.
  • Utilize our digital communication systems to receive guest calls, SMS, and live chats, and offer immediate support from the Front Desk.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as maintaining accurate records and performing quality audits.
  • Support the back-of-house team with tasks such as housekeeping quality audits, inventory checks, and minor maintenance and technology issues.
  • Ensure the maintenance, cleanliness, and organization of both guest-facing and back-of-house working spaces.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong computer literacy and writing skills.
  • Organized, hardworking, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
  • Flexible schedule and open to working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift/carry items up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods of time.
  • Previous experience working in hotels, restaurants, or other customer-facing hospitality, service, and/or customer experience roles.
