Job Summary

We're looking for a talented Front Desk Hospitality Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Hospitality Agent, you'll be the face of Sonder, providing exceptional guest service and support to our guests. You'll be responsible for guiding guests through our technology-rich experience, ensuring they have an amazing stay with us.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly, upbeat service to all guests, both in person and via chat, phone, and email.
  • Manage complex guest interactions and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilize our digital communication systems to receive guest calls, SMS, and live chats, and offer immediate support from the Front Desk.
  • Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accuracy, and timeliness.
  • Assist building leadership with administrative tasks and support the back-of-house/Hospitality Agent team as needed.

  • A personable, guest-centric individual who loves interacting with others and providing exceptional service.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Strong computer literacy and writing skills, with the ability to switch between multiple desktop and mobile applications.
