Job Summary: We are looking for a Financial Control Specialist to join our team at St Andrew's Healthcare.
Job Description: The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial reports, and providing financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and complete financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other accounting documents
- Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including budget holders and senior leaders

Requirements:
- Proven experience in financial accounting and record-keeping
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
