Financial Controller for Construction

We are looking for a Financial Controller for Construction to join our team in Northampton. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of our construction projects, including cost estimation, budget monitoring, and contract negotiation.
Key Responsibilities:- Estimate costs for construction projects and prepare detailed quantity requirements.
- Monitor construction budgets and keep track of expenses.
- Negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers to ensure the best pricing.
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
- Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and understanding of project management.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
