As a Financial Controller Assistant at CV-Library, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of our financial reporting. This is a full-time permanent position with an estimated salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct detailed analysis of self-billing and invoicing data to identify areas for improvement.
  2. Oversee product analysis and engineering value to enhance overall performance.
  3. Manage sales performance, including manual invoicing and supplier recharges.
  4. Handle overdue accounts and collaborate with the Financial Controller to prepare forecasted budgets, cash flow, and P&L statements.
  5. Perform variance analysis of financial data against budgets, forecasts, and estimates.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced accounting professional with a strong background in management accounting. Key skills and experience include part-qualified (AAT/ACCA/CIMA) accounting professional, comprehensive understanding of inventory accounting, and strong skills in Excel.

Benefits:

This is an office-based role with 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays. The working hours are Monday to Thursday 8am – 5pm, and Friday 8am – 1pm.
