Job Title: Credit Controller
Credit Controllers play a crucial role in the financial health of businesses, ensuring timely payments from clients. At CBTax Limited, we are seeking an experienced Credit Controller to assist in the prompt collection of debts, processing accounting data efficiently, creating reports for management, and delivering exceptional client service.

Responsibilities:
  • Proactively chase customers with outstanding invoices within agreed terms.
  • Identify potential risks at an early stage to prevent any financial impact on the business.
  • Support the preparation of month-end tasks and delivery of reports to stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the improvement of our credit control function.
  • Oversee the invoicing process to ensure accurate and timely billing.

Requirements:
  • Relevant experience working within a Credit Control or Debt Recovery role.
  • Professional and articulate communication skills, reliable, and motivated.
  • Comfortable interacting with people at all levels within the organisation.
  • Confident telephone manner with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Methodical, organised, and accurate with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Excel, Word).
